C. Todd Trowbridge, BA, CA
Todd is a Canadian Chartered Accountant with 9 years of experience specializing in the taxation of Canadian entrepreneurial businesses and their shareholders as well as non-resident individuals and private corporations looking to invest or set up operations in Canada.
Todd has assisted Canadian and non-resident individuals and corporations in a wide range of industries with their tax matters. Todd has a specific interest in tax planning and consulting for Canadian inbound investments.
Todd trained at a Big 5 accounting firm and also spent time working at a local accounting firm before founding Trowbridge Professional Corporation in September 2002. Todd has completed levels I, II and III of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In depth Taxation Program and is a current member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Todd graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, London.

Arun (Ernie) Nagratha, BBA, CA
Ernie is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, specializing in expatriate taxation as it relates to Canadians living and working around the world. Ernie joined the firm shortly after its inception. He has completed levels I and II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In depth Taxation Program and is a current member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
Ernie graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto.

Wayne Bewick, Bcomm, CA, CFP, CPA
Wayne is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant, specializing in expatriate and international taxation.
Before joining Trowbridge, Wayne spent numerous years at Deloitte specializing in expatriate and international tax services. He has completed levels I and II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In depth Taxation Program, is a current member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and the Financial Planners Standards Council. Wayne is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Wayne graduated with a Bachelor's of Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal and is fluent in French.

Mohammad Ahmad, BA, LL.B
Mohammad is the Director of the Vancouver office. He has over 10 years experience providing expatriate tax services to corporate and individual clients. Prior to joining Trowbridge, Mohammad spent 5 years with Ernst & Young in their Vancouver and Toronto offices providing expatriate tax services to a broad range of Canadian, US and UK clients. He has also worked with other international accounting firms in Toronto and in the UK. He has extensive advisory experience on tax issues relating to global mobility including employee incentive plans such as stock options, restricted shares and other executive incentive plans.
Mohammad is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and received his law degree from the University of Toronto. He has an undergraduate diploma in managerial accounting from Wilfred Laurier University and an economics degree from the University of Western Ontario. He sits on the Vancouver Board of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur) which is an organization dedicated to promoting global entrepreneurship.
Mohammad is married with one son and in his spare time enjoys playing squash, cycling and hiking. He is also an avid traveler having visited more than 55 countries.
